摘　　要：目的:了解马鞍山市疫苗冷链运转与使用情况,为疫苗冷链运转与使用管理提供参考。方法:分析2011年马鞍山市疫苗的冷链运转情况和统计用量,对疫苗使用单位的疫苗报表情况进行汇总。结果:马鞍山市的疫苗冷链运转与使用管理符合相关要求,保证了马鞍山市的疫苗使用需求。结论:马鞍山市疫苗冷链运转和使用管理工作规范,但仍应加强疫苗的使用管理工作,保证疫苗使用的安全、有效。OBJECTIVE：To probe into the cold chain operation and use of vaccines in Ma＇anshan so as to provide reference for management of cold chain operation and use of vaccines.METHODS：The cold chain operation and use（quantity） of vaccines in Maanshan in 2011 was analyzed,and the reports on the use of vaccines from the units where the vaccines were used were subjected to meta-analysis.RESULTS：The management on cold chain operation and use of vaccines in Ma＇anshan was in line with the related standard and satisfied the demand on vaccines in Ma＇anshan.CONCLUSION：The management on cold chain operation and use of vaccines in Ma＇anshan was up to the standard;however,strengthened management on the use of vaccines is still needed to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines.
