摘　　要：目的:了解2009—2011年我院内科住院患者麻醉性镇痛药应用情况,为恶性肿瘤患者合理应用麻醉性镇痛药进行疼痛控制提供参考。方法:收集2009—2011年我院内科麻醉性镇痛药使用的相关数据信息,对用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果:2009—2011年我院内科住院患者使用的麻醉性镇痛药涉及9个品种12个规格,缓释制剂的用量和DDDs较高。结论:我院内科住院患者麻醉性镇痛药使用基本符合世界卫生组织(WHO)的《癌症三阶梯止痛治疗原则》,癌性疼痛的诊疗更加趋向规范化、合理化。OBJECTIVE：To analyze the use of narcotic drugs in the inpatients from the department of internal medicine of our hospital during 2009-2011 to provide reference for patients with malignant cancer about rational use of narcotic drugs. METHODS ： The data concerning clinical use of narcotic analgesics in the internal medicine department of our hospital during 2009-2011 were collected for statistical analysis with regard to DDDs and other indexes. RESULTS： The narcotic drugs used in the inpatients from the department of internal medicine of our hospital during 2009-2011 period totaled 9 types in 12 specifications, with sustained release preparations dominating the list in terms of both consumption amount and DDDs. CONCLUSION ： The use of narcotics in the inpatients from the department of internal medicine of our hospital during 2009-2011 period became more and more standard and rational and it is in line with the three-step analgesic ladder approach for cancer pain.
