摘　　要：目的:了解某院3种清洁手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物情况与干预措施的实施效果。方法:对2009年10月、2010年4月、2010年10月和2011年6月某院3种清洁手术(乳腺、甲状腺、疝气)患者的用药情况进行调查分析。结果:干预后药物选择、单次剂量、给药时间、给药途径、术中追加等方面无不合理用药现象,用药时间不合理的情况得到明显改善,但是无适应证用药无明显改善。结论:某院对围术期抗菌药物应用采取干预措施取得了一定成效,为进一步促进合理用药提供了一个有效可行的模式,但离卫生部要求相差甚远,应加强监管。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics in patients undergoing three different aseptic operations in a Hospital and evaluate the efficacy of the intervention on perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics. METHODS：The perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics for patients undergoing different aseptic operations （mammary glands,thyroid gland or hernia） in a hospital in Oct. 2009, Apr. 2010, Oct. 2010 and Jun. 2011 were analyzed. RESULTS： After intervention, no irrational phenomena were noted in drug selection, singe dose, time of administration, route of administration or intraoperative addition of antibiotics etc. Great improvement was noted in the time of antibiotic use. However, medication in the absence of indications showed little improvement.CONCLUSION ：The intervention measures on the perioperative use of prophylactic antibiotics have achieved certain efficacy in that it provides an effective model for rational drug use;however, there is a long way to go before meeting the standard of Ministry of Health. It is necessary to strengthen the management on antibiotic use.
