摘  要:新建本科师范院校由于升本时间较短、办学及科研经验欠缺,普遍存在科研重应用轻理论、重非教育教学研究轻教育教学研究、科研教学分离和重单纯科研轻结合地方经济社会发展研究等倾向,成为学校科研发展的羁绊。从新升本科师范院校的办学定位和人才培养目标来看,必须理清办学思路,完善科研评价机制,调整科研经费投入,打造科研特色,以实现新升本科师范院校科研健康发展。Because of just being newly-upgraded colleges and lack of experience in both school management and scientific research,the newly-upgraded normal universities and colleges have some common problems such as attaching more emphasis application on than on theory,attaching more emphasis on non education and teaching research than on education and teaching research,separating the scientific research and teaching,attaching more emphasis on mere scientific research than on the research related to the local economic and social development and so on.All these incorrect tendencies have become the obstacles of the development of scientific research.From the view of the running orientation and education goal,the newly-upgraded normal colleges are supposed to fully understand the meaning of the development model,perfect the scientific research evaluation mechanism,adjust the scientific research funds,and construct the scientific research characteristics to realize the healthy and rapid development of scientific research in these colleges.
