摘 要:目的:考察两面针不同药用部位镇痛和保护胃黏膜的药效作用,为两面针扩大药用部位提供参考,并进行两面针根对小鼠的急性毒性预实验。方法:观察两面针根、茎、枝、叶、地上部分对冰醋酸致小鼠疼痛扭体的镇痛作用;观察两面针根、茎、全株对盐酸乙醇所致大鼠胃黏膜损伤的保护作用;观察小鼠一日最大给药量,初步考察两面针根的急性毒性作用。结果:两面针根、茎、枝、叶、地上部分均能显著减少冰醋酸所致小鼠疼痛扭体的次数;两面针根、茎、全株能减少盐酸乙醇所致大鼠胃黏膜损伤的溃疡指数;两面针根的小鼠一日最大给药量为960g生药·kg-1。结论:两面针根、茎、枝、叶、地上部分均有镇痛作用;两面针根、茎、全株对盐酸乙醇致大鼠胃黏膜损伤均有保护作用;两面针根的临床用量(5~10g·d-1)在安全范围内。Objective: To provide reference for expansion of medicinal parts of Zanthoxylum nitidum ( Roxb. ) DC. by comparing analgesic and gastric mucosal protective effects of its different medicinal parts. And carry out primary experiment on acute toxicity of Zanthoxylum nitidum ( Roxb. ) DC. roots. Methods: We observed the analgesic effect of roots, stems, branches, leaves and aerial part of Zanthoxylum nitidum ( Roxb. ) DC. on rnie^writhing induced by injection of acetic acid and the protective effect gastric mucosal damage induced by HCl-ethanol. And we investigated (Roxb.) DC. aerial part of acid. Roots, mucosa! one day DC. all mucosal roots primarily by the maximum dosage its roots, stems and the whole plant on rats the acute toxicity of Zanthoxylum nitidum one day in mice. Results: Roots, stems, branches, leaves and Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC. could all reduce the writhing number of mice induced by acetic stems and the whole plant of Zanthoxylum nitidum ( Roxb. ) DC. could reduce the lesion index of gastric damage induced by HCl-ethanol in rats. The maximum dosage of Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC. roots in is 960g.kg-1. Conclusion: Roots, stems, branches, leaves and aerial part of Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) exert analgesic effect. Roots, stems and the whole plant have protective effect against ethanol-induced gastric damage in rats. The clinical dosage (5 -10g·d-1) of Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC. roots is within safety range.
