摘  要:目的:在杠板归资源调查的基础上,通过对其抚育关键技术进行研究与实践,为提高杠板归产量及其质量保证、资源可持续利用提供科学依据。方法:以茶林-杠板归、灌丛-杠板归及乔木林-杠板归3种抚育模式,进行杠板归补种(种子直播、移密补稀)、施肥(复合肥、农家肥)与轮采抚育试验。结果:3种抚育模式间杠板归产量比较差异较小;补种试验和施农家肥试验均能提高3种抚育模式下杠板归产量;各试验区内杠板归槲皮素含量均能达到《中国药典》(2010版,一部)标准。同时,发现轮采抚育有利杠板归植株恢复保产。结论:通过茶林-杠板归、灌丛-杠板归及乔木林-杠板归3种抚育模式,以及补种、施肥与轮采抚育关键技术的研究与实践,其质量均符合标准规定,并可有效提高产量。Objective: Based on the resource investigation of Polygonum pelfoliatum L. and research and practice with the key technologies of its tending, we provide scientific basis for the improvement of the yield and quality of P. perfoliatum L. , which ensure its sustainable utilization. Methods: The replant (direct seeding, moved up todilute), fertilization (compound fertilizer, manure) and wheel mining tending test in the tea plantation, shrub and arbores forest tending patterns were carried out. Results: There is little difference of the yield of P. perfoliatum L. under the three kinds of tending modes. The yield of P. perfoliatum L. could be improved with the replanting test and applying farmyard manure. The contents of quercetin in P. perfoliatum L. can reach the standard in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 version) . At the same time wheel mining tending test could help the plant recover and keep production. Conclusion: Through the tea plantation, shrub and arbores forest tending pattern, the replant, fertilization and wheel mining tending test and practice, the quality of P. perfoliatum meets the standard requirements and its yield could be effectively increased.
