七厘胶囊中朱砂的含量测定

摘　　要：目的:建立七厘胶囊中朱砂的含量测定方法。方法:通过加入硫酸后分3次加入硝酸钾加热的方法,使消化完全,然后用络合滴定法进行测定,并进行了方法学验证和20批样品的测定。结果:平均回收率为100.9%,RSD=0.9%;确定了每粒胶囊含硫化汞(HgS)应为26.0～31.0mg。结论:本方法专属性强、精密度好、准确度高,可用于七厘胶囊中朱砂的含量测定。Objective： To establish a determination method of HgS content in Qili capsule. Methods： After adding sulfuric acid, joining three times of potassium nitrate and heating, Qili Jiaonang inclusions were digested perfectly. Then using complexometric titration makes methodology validation and determined 20 batch samples. Results： The average recovery is 100. 9%, the RSD is 0. 9% ; To make sure every capsules containing vulcanization mercury （HgS） is from 26. 00 mg to 31.0 rag. Conclusion： The method is reliable, and can be used for quality control of HgS in Qili Capsule.
