血尿酸水平与2型糖尿病及其并发血管病变的关系

摘　　要：目的:研究血尿酸(BUA)与2型糖尿病及其并发血管病变的相关性。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者120例,按照是否伴有血管病变分为A组(并发血管病变组,70例)和B组(无血管病变组,50例),同时选取同期体检的健康者50例作为C组,比较三组血尿酸、血脂等指标。结果:A、B两组血尿酸平均值显著高于C组,A组血尿酸平均值显著高于B组。两组糖尿病患者CRP、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平比较均差异有显著性。SUA与血管病变具有独立相关性。结论:2型糖尿病患者常伴有血脂及血尿酸水平异常,其中血尿酸水平可显著影响其并发血管病变的可能性。Objective ： Serum uric acid （ SUA ） with type 2 diabetes and its concurrent vas- cular lesions. Methods： Our hospital from March 2009 to May 2012 were treated 120 patients with type 2 diabetes according to whether they associated with vascular dis- ease is divided into A group of 70 patients （concurrent vascular lesions ） and 50 pa- tients （group B without vascular disease group） , and select the same period to 50 ca- ses of group C,the three groups of serum u- ric acid, cholesterol and other indicators of the health of our hospital examination. Re- suits：A, B two sets of blood uric acid the average significantly higher than that of group C, A group mean serum uric acid was significantly higher than that in group B. The two groups of patients with diabetes CRP, TG, TC, HDL - C, LDL - C levels, there were significant differences. SUA independ- ently associated vascular lesions. Conclu sion ： Type 2 diabetes is often accompaniedby abnormal blood lipids and blood levels of uric acid, uric acid levels can significantly ＇affect the possibility of coneurrent vaseular lesions.
