摘 要:目的:运用追踪方法学调查优质护理服务示范病房和非示范病房出院患者及家属满意度。方法:采用四川省卫生厅设计"综合医院优质护理服务患者满意度"调查问卷表,随机抽取示范病房和非示范病房出院患者各180例,采取电话联系方式进行问卷调查。结果:运用追踪方法学调查优质护理服务示范病房护理服务满意度明显高于非示范病房,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建立持续的优质护理服务长效机制。Objective:To use tracing method investigation of high quality nursing service demonstration ward and non quality care demonstration unit discharge patient and family satisfaction, as the deepening of high quality nursing service provide a feasible ba- sis. Methods:The Sichuan Provincial Health Office Design "general hospital quality care patient satisfaction questionnaire" ,randomly selected from the 2010 August -2012 Feb- mary during the demonstration unit and a demonstration unit discharge in patients of all 180 people, take the call conducted a questionnaire survey. Results:of a model u- nit and a demonstration unit discharge pa- tients or family satisfaction with statistical significance. Conclusion : the establishment of sustained high quality nursing service mechanism.
