输液泵在产科静滴硫酸镁中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:比较输液泵输注和普通输液在硫酸镁治疗安胎、妊娠高血压患者时滴速调节的方便性、安全性与准确性。方法:将100例需要静滴硫酸镁安胎、解痉的孕妇随机分为对照组50例和观察组50例,分别使用普通输液及输液泵输注。结果:观察组滴速调节方便性、安全性和准确性与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用输液泵输注硫酸镁节省人力,滴速均匀,从而提高给药的准确性、安全性和方便性。Objective:To compare the infusion pump infusion and transfusion in general treated with magnesium sulfate tocolysis,gestational hypertension patients dropping speed adjusting convenience,safety and accuracy.Methods:in my hospital for obstetrics inpatient treatment of 100 cases of need intravenous magnesium sulfate tocolysis,spasmolytic pregnant women were randomly divided into 50 cases in the control group and observation group of 50 cases,respectively using common transfusion and infusion pump infusion.Results:the observation group dropping speed adjusting convenience,safety and accuracy in comparison with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the use of infusion pump infusion of magnesium sulfate to save manpower,drop speed and uniform,thereby improving the dosing accuracy,safety and convenience,it is worthy of clinical application.
