城管执法管理模式对城市经济、社会发展影响调查与评价

摘　　要：青岛是全国第一批设立城市管理行政执法局的城市,威海是最近才成立城市管理行政执法局的城市。设计"城管执法管理模式对城市发展影响"问卷,调查研究城管执法管理模式对青岛、威海城市经济社会发展的影响。调查结果表明,两城市在经济生活、社会秩序、市容市貌、社区建设、社会环境、生态环境、园林绿化、城市规划等与城市管理综合执法有关的8个方面差异显著,城管执法管理模式促进了城市经济和社会的快速发展。A questionnaire applied to the citizens ot ~lngdao anti Welnal was useu to mvesugate me tmpact ot taw- enforcement models of urban administration bureau on urban economic and social development. Qingdao is one of the first cities that establish the urban administration bureau while Weihai established only recently. The questionnaire covers eight subjects concerning urban administration and law enforcement. The survey shows that Qingdao is significantly different from Weihai in these eight subjects, i.e. economic life, social order, urban appearance, community construction, social environment, ecological environment, landscaping, and urban planning. The law-enforcement models of urban administration bureau will promote rapidly the development of urban economy and society.
