摘　　要：医院信息化建设是医院管理的基础性、系统性工程,涉及对现行管理模式、方法、手段和观念的重大变革,牵涉到医疗、护理、医技、政工和院务等管理各方面,不仅需要投入大量人力物力,且建设周期长。通过创新信息服务模式,整合资源和规范管理,实现院前、院中、院后一体化,提高医院的整体服务效率和医院服务品质。Hospital information construction is foundational and systematic project for hospital management, involving great change of the current management mode, method, means and ideas, in terms of medical, nursing, medical technology, political work and other aspects of management. It is not only required to invest a lot of manpower and material resources, but also long construction period. Through the innovation of information service mode, the integration of resource and standard management, and integration of prehospitalization, hospitalization and posthospitalization, the overall service efficiency and service qualiw of hospital is improved.
