摘　　要：为进一步提升医院核心质量,充分依托信息化优势,按照手术的复杂性和技术要求进行一、二、三、四级分级,融入ICD-10数据库,促进医院手术开展,提升医疗水平,规范医师对病案中疾病诊断和手术名称的规范书写,实现了手术分级计算机管理。Further enhance the quality of hospital core, fully rely on the information advantage, and one, two, three, four graded in accordance with the complexity of the procedure and technical requirements into the ICD-IO database for hospital surgery carried out to enhance the level of medical standardized specification writing, of the physicians on the diagnosis and surgery in the medical record the name of the surgery classification of computer management.
