摘　　要：以中国热带农业科学院环境与植物保护研究所2006～2012年度修缮购置专项项目执行情况为背景,总结了实施成效,对修缮购置专项管理执行过程中的五个关键环节进行了剖析,并针对不足提出了改进建议,即做好"十一五"专项执行成效总结,提前做好2013～2017年修购规划,做好前期基础工作,建立项目管理档案。Taking the implementation situation of the special funds for renovation and purchase in the institute of environment and plant protection of Chinese academy of tropical agricultural sciences from 2006 to 2012 as an ex- ample, this paper summarized the implementation effect, analyzed the key links of implement and management of the special items, and put forward some suggestions, that is to summarize implementation effectiveness of the spe- cial funds from the ＂Eleven-Five＂, prepare for the plan and basic work of the funds for 2013 - 2017 in advance, and establish the project management archives,
