摘　　要：农业科研单位的创先争优活动是全国创先争优活动的重要组成部分,如何才能提高活动的实效性,从而推动基层党建工作发展是需要长期不断探索的问题。该文以湖南省农业科学院创先争优活动实践为例,浅谈基层党组织开展创先争优活动的经验和启示,旨在为农业科研单位深入开展创先争优活动,不断提高党建工作科学化水平提供理论支撑。The excel activities of agricultural scientific research units was the important parts of national activities. It is the problem need to be continuously explored that How to improve the effectiveness of the activities so as to promote the party construction development. Taking the excel activities in Hunan province academy of agricultural sciences as an example, this paper discussed the excel experience and enlightenment for the institutions of agricul- tural scientific research, in order to provide a theoretical support for further carrying out excel activities, and con- stantly improve the level of scientific party construction work.
