摘  要:概述了数字全息显微镜技术研究及应用现状,介绍了数字全息显微镜技术的原理及其数值重建算法特点,分析了数字离轴全息图记录系统的3个关键参数:记录距离、光源有效光斑尺寸及视场尺寸。通过相位光栅模拟实验研究表明:存在一个最佳记录距离,使得被测物体能被充分记录;光源有效光斑尺寸应大于等于记录介质CCD感光面尺寸;视场尺寸边界距离CCD感光面尺寸边界至少50 pixels。The status of research and application of digital holographic microscopy was summerized. The principle of digital holographic microscopy and the character of reconstruction algorithm was also introduced. Three key parameters: recording distance, effective light spot size and viewfield size were analysed in a off-axis holographic recording system of digital holographic microscopy. The research on phase grating simulatation experiment shows that there is a most perfect recording distance making samples be recorded completely. The effective light spot size should be not less than the size of photosensitive surface of CCD. The distance between viewfield size boundary and photosensitive surface boundary of CCD is 50 pixels at least
