摘 要:基于虚拟仪器和损伤存在概率成像方法,提出了一种结构健康监测系统的设计方案,用于对结构的关键部位进行实时地健康监测。该系统能快速准确地检测出结构关键部位可能存在的损伤,进而识别损伤的位置及大小,并给出损伤成像图。运用该系统对复合材料结构进行了实验研究,先由系统激励和接收Lamb波信号,再将获得的监测信号与结构完好状态下的基准信号进行对比分析,识别出结构中可能存在的损伤,得到损伤成像图。实验结果表明该系统能快速、有效、准确地识别出结构中损伤的位置及大小,具有一定的工程应用价值。Based on virtual instrument and the reconstruction algorithm for probabilisfic inspection of damage, a design scheme of structural health monitoring system is proposed in this paper. The system is used to monitor the health of the keypositions on the structure in realtime. It can detect the structural damage quickly and accurately, and then identify the location and size of the damage. In order to verify the system, some experiments on composite plate and stiffened plate are carried out. In the experiments, first, the Lamb waves are excited and received using the system. Then, the system is also used to analyze the signals and identify the structural damage. At last, the image of the damage is obtained and showed in the system. The experimental results show that the structural health monitoring system can identify the structural damage fast, effectively and accurately. And also, it has certain application value for the practical engineering.
