摘 要:目的应用血管回声跟踪(ET)技术,评价内脏性肥胖对颈动脉弹性的影响。方法超声测量内脏性肥胖组及正常对照组各30例受检者的肾周脂肪厚度(PRFT)和腹部内脏脂肪厚度(VFT),应用ET技术获得受检者颈动脉弹性相关参数:僵硬度指数(β)、血管压力-应变弹性系数(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、扩张指数(AI)及脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ),分析比较各组数据。结果 (1)PRFT、VFT均与腰围呈明显正相关,内脏性肥胖组的PRFT及VFT较正常对照组增高。(2)内脏性肥胖组弹性参数β、Ep、PWVβ较正常对照组增高,AC较正常对照组降低,差异有统计学意义,两组间AI差异无统计学意义。结论应用ET技术可以比较敏感地反映内脏性肥胖者颈动脉弹性降低;PRFT、VFT可以作为超声评价内脏性肥胖的参考指标。Objective To evaluate the effect of abdominal obesity to carotid elasticity by echo tracking(ET) tech- nique. Methods There were 30 cases in the abdominal obesity group and 30 cases in the control group. Their perire- hal fat thickness(PRFT) and visceral fat thickness(VFT) were measured by ultrasonography. ET technique was used to examine the parameters of carotid elasticity including stiffness paramcter(β), pressure strain elastic modulus(Ep), arterial compliance(AC), augment index(AI) and pulse wave velocity(PWVβ). Results (1)PRFT and VFT showed a significant correlation with waist circumference. Compared with the control group, PRFT and VFT in the abdominal obesity group were significantly higher. (2)Compared with the control group,β, Ep and PWVβ in the abdominal obesi- ty group were significantly higher, AC was significantly lower. No difference of AI was found between the twogroups. Conclusions ET technique can reflect the degradation of carotid elasticity in abdominal obesity palients. PRFT and VFT measured by uhrasonography can be used as the reference index to evaluate abdominal obesity.
