摘  要:目的探讨多巴胺、硝酸甘油诱导的血管舒缩异常大鼠血神经肽和中脑导水管周围灰质c-fos的表达。方法大鼠随机分为溶媒组、多巴胺组、模型组,造模后4h取血放射免疫测降钙基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素(ET)、P物质(SP)、β-内啡肽(β-EP),取脑、切片免疫组织化学观察中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)c-fos蛋白表达。结果偏头痛模型组ET、SP含量较溶媒组明显升高,β-EP含量较溶媒组明显降低,模型组和多巴胺组c-fos阳性细胞面积明显大于溶媒组。结论 多巴胺、硝酸甘油诱发的血管舒缩模型在一定程度上模拟了偏头痛的发病机制。Objective To explore expression of blood neuropeptide and c - fos of midbrain periaqueductal gray matter of abnormal vasomotor rat induced by dopamine, nitroglycerin. Methods Rats were divided into 3 groups: solvent group, dopamine group, model group. 4 hours after model establishment, rat blood was taken to measure ealcitonin gene -related peptide (CGRP) , endothelin (ET), P substance (SP) , [3 - endorphin ( [3 - EP) with radio - immunity, while the brain was taken to observe periaqueductal gray (PAG) c - fos protein expression with immunohistochemistry sections. Results ET and SP content in model group were higher than those in solvent group. β - EP content was significantly lower than solvent group. Total area of c - fos positive cells in model group and DA group were significantly increased than solvent group. Conclusion Vasomotor model induced by dopamine, nitroglycerin simulated some migraine pathogenesis to a certain extent.
