肛周感染患者糖代谢紊乱与机体免疫状态的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的观察糖尿病合并肛周感染患者的细胞及体液免疫状态,并对糖代谢紊乱与机体免疫状态的相关性进行分析。方法将125例肛周感染患者分为糖尿病组、糖调节受损组(包括空腹血糖受损和糖耐量减低患者)和对照组,检测各组患者的淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白、补体等指标,并对3组研究对象的免疫指标进行相关性分析。结果糖尿病组和糖调节受损组的补体C3降低,与对照组相比均有显著性差异。糖尿病组的IgG降低,与对照组相比有显著性差异。相关性分析显示3组研究对象与补体C3、IgG有非常显著的相关性。结论 以补体C3、IgG为代表的体液免疫在糖尿病合并肛周感染发病及转归中发挥重要作用。Objective To observe immue state in patients with perianal infection and investigate the relationship between the differ- ent style of glucose metabolic disorders and immue state in these patients. Methods Totally 125 cases with perianal infection were divided into three groups： DM group,lGR group （impaired glucose regulation group, including patients with impaired fasting glucose or impaired glucose tolerance）and control group. Lymphocyte subsets, serum immunoglobulin and complement were detected. Spearman analysis was applied to analyze the corelation between immue index and diferent glucose metabolic disorders. Results Complement C3 was markedly lower in DM group and IGR group than control group. Immunoglobulin G was significantly lower in DM group than control group. Conclu- sion Humoral immunity of complement C3 and IgG plays an important role in the development and turnover of glucose metabolic disor- ders patients with perianal infection.
