摘　　要：本文对景观的文化建设问题进行探讨。对秦皇岛的景观文化建设进行研究,以海港区的景观文化建设为例,运用文化"所指"和"能指"的理论,通过提取具有地域特征的景观符号,形成具有地域特征和文化内涵的景观空间组织形式和景观场所。The article is concerned with the issues of landscape culture construction. Through the research on the landscape culture of Qinhuangdao, and use of the landscape culture construction of the harbor district as a sample, the paper applied the cultural theories of ＂reference＂ and ＂signifier＂ to extract the landscape symbols with local features to form the type of organization of landscape space and place in the form of spatial organization of cultural implications.
