从针灸治疗抑郁症考察经脉与神志关系

摘　　要：检索2001至2011年国内针灸治疗抑郁症临床文献,对其中所选取的穴位、经脉等进行总结、分析,以期为针灸治疗抑郁症提供一定的借鉴并考察经脉与神志的关系。使用SPSS 17.0统计分析软件进行统计分析,采用计数资料的统计描述进行统计分析。结果显示,针灸治疗抑郁症,十二经脉、奇经八脉均有所涉及,以督脉出现频率最高,以下依次为足太阳经、足阳明经、足少阳经、任脉等。由此得出结论,抑郁症为阴病,通过调理阳经以治阴病,督脉、足三阳经、任脉与神志病证关系密切。The acupoints and meridians selected in the treatment of depression with acupuncture and moxibus tion recorded in the domestic clinical literatures from 2001 to 2011 were summarized and analyzed so as to provide the references for the treatment of depression with acupuncture and moxibustion and discuss the relationship be tween meridians and mental state. SPSS 17.0 statistical analyzing software was used and the statistical description of enumeration data was applied for statistical analysis. It was found that all of the twelve regular meridians and the eight extraordinary meridians were involved in the treatment of depression with acupuncture and moxibustion, of which the application frequency of the Governor Vessel was the highest and that of the FootTaiyang Meridian, FootYangming Meridian, FootShaoyang Meridian and the Conception Vessel were followed. It is concluded that depression is Yin disease treated by regulating Yang meridians and it is found that the Governor Vessel, three foot yangmeridians and the Coneeption Vessel are closely related to mental disorders.
