Effects of Expansive Agent and Shale Pottery on Shrinkage Reduction of Lower Water-cement Ratio Mortar

摘  要:为了有效减少低水灰比水泥基材料的收缩,研究了掺加硫铝酸钙膨胀剂与采用饱水陶砂作为内养护剂的低水灰比砂浆的收缩。结果表明:单独采用膨胀剂不能有效减少低水灰比砂浆的自收缩与干燥收缩;单独采用较高掺量的饱水陶砂时可以显著减少砂浆自收缩,但会增加干燥收缩,而且会明显降低强度;膨胀剂与陶砂复合可以明显减少砂浆自收缩与干燥收缩,在达到同等减缩效果时,可减小陶砂掺量从而基本消除对强度的不利影响:在饱水陶砂的内养护作用下膨胀剂能充分反应,可有效减少低水灰比水泥基材料的收缩。Cement-based materials behave a higher shrinkage when the water-cement ratio is low. The effects of sulphoaluminate expansive agent and internal curing of pre-saturated shale pottery on the shrinkage of mortar with a lower water-cement ratio were investigated. The results show that the expansive agent does not reduce the autogenous and dry shrinkage of the mortar. A higher dosage of pre-saturate shale pottery decreased the autogenous shrinkage of the mortar with a lower water-cement ratio, but increased the dry shrinkage and decreased the strength. By combining the expansive agent with the pre-saturated shale pottery, the autogenous and dry shrinkage were decreased and the adverse effects on the strength via the reduction of the amount of shale pottery at the same shrinkage reduction were eliminated. The maintenance of pre-saturated shale pottery, the expansive agent could hydrate effectively, and the combination of expansive agent and internal curing of shale pottery would be a potential way to reduce the shrinkage of cement-based materials with a lower water-cement ratio.
