摘  要:通过恒电位法在三氟化硼乙醚(BFEE)溶液中以不锈钢片为基底合成了聚噻吩薄膜(PTh)。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重(TGA)等测试技术对产物的结构、形貌、热稳定性进行了表征。在3.5mass%的NaCl溶液中采用塔菲尔(Tafel)极化曲线和电化学阻抗(EIS)方法对聚噻吩薄膜进行了抗腐蚀性能检测。结果表明,所制得的聚噻吩膜形貌均匀,热稳定性好,附着聚噻吩薄膜的不锈钢片(PTh/SS)抗腐蚀电位相对于裸不锈钢片(SS)正移约220 mV,腐蚀电流密度下降了2个数量级,具有良好的抗腐蚀性能。The polythiophene (PTh) film on stainless steel sheet (SS) was synthesized by potentiostatic method in pure boron trifluoride diethyl etherate (BFEE) solution. The structure, morphology and thermostability of the PTh film were studied by Fourier transform infrared (FT- IR) spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The corrosion performance of the polymer film was investigated in 3.5% (mass) NaC1 solution, by using anodic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that the as-electro synthesized PTh film was uniform and shiny, had a good thermostability. Ecorr of the PTh coated SS shifted towards more positive side than bare SS about 220 mV and Jcorr decreased two orders of magnitude, indicating that the PTh film has excellent corrosion resistance.
