血清尿酸水平与代谢综合征间关系的性别差异

摘  要:目的探讨中老年人群血清尿酸水平与代谢综合征(MS)及其各组分的关系。方法采用横断面研究,对2007年49~80岁成都成华区711例人群进行调查,并测量身高、体重、血压、空腹血糖、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、血清尿酸等指标,采用SPSS 16.0软件分析尿酸与MS及MS各组分之间的关系。结果在中老年人群中,MS的发生率为25.60%,高尿酸血症的发生率为21.24%。女性MS、腹型肥胖、高三酰甘油血症和低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症的发生率均明显高于男性。尿酸与腰围、收缩压、三酰甘油、舒张压、高密度脂蛋白水平的相关系数分别为0.311、0.140、0.118、0.106和0.147,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男、女性尿酸与腰围的相关系数分别为0.173和0.321,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男、女性尿酸与空腹血糖的相关系数分别为0.049和0.183,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清尿酸水平与MS及其各组分关系密切,血清尿酸水平和MS及其各组分间的关系存在性别差异。Objective To study the relationship between serum uric acid(SUA) and metabolic syndrome(MS) and its components in middle-aged and elderly Chinese.Methods A cross-sectional study was used to investigate 711 subjects between the ages of 49 to 80 in the year of 2007 in Chenghua District of Chengdu City.Body height,weight,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,high-density and low-density lipoprotein,and serum uric acid level were detected,and the relationships between SUA and MS,SUA and each component of MS were analyzed using SPSS 16.0.Results MS rate was 25.60% in the middle-aged and elderly subjects.Hyperuricemia rate was 21.24%.The prevalence of MS,abdominal obesity,hypertriglyceridemia and low high-density lipoprotein acidosis was significantly higher in women than in men.The correlation coefficients between SUA and waistline,systolic blood pressure,triglycerides,diastolic blood pressure,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were respectively 0.311,0.140,0.118,0.106 and-0.147.The correlation coefficient between uric acid and waistline in male and female was respectively 0.173 and-0.321.The correlation coefficient between uric acid and fasting blood glucose in male and female was respectively-0.049 and 0.183.All the differences had statistical significances.Conclusions SUA is closely related to MS and MS components.The relationship between them has gender difference.
