摘　　要：1974年经内镜十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术开启了胆总管结石非手术治疗的时代。如今,更多的内镜技术不断推广应用。本文讨论了目前胆总管结石内镜治疗的常规方法,以及内镜取石困难时的治疗技术。The development of endoscopic sphincterotomy（EST） in 1974 ushered in a new era for convenient and minimally invasive removal of common bile duct stones.As the years progressed and clinical application of this method increased,improved endoscopic technologies were developed to provide ever safer and more effective removal.This review discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the progressive techniques,from the endoscopic papillary sphincter balloon dilatation and endoscopic mechanical lithotripsy procedures introduced in the 1980s to the very recent attempts with direct-vision electrohydraulic and laser lithotripsy procedures.
