鼻内镜下聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:了解和证实鼻内镜下聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的临床效果。方法:采用鼻内镜下CZB型聚焦超声治疗仪对持续性中-重度AR患者60例进行超声手术治疗,手术部位以下鼻甲表面和鼻中隔前上部为主,观察并记录术后7 d、1个月、6个月患者临床症状和体征的变化,并于术后1、2、3年进行定期随访,以数字评分法判定疗效。结果:术后7 d、1个月、6个月评分与术前比较差异均有统计学意义;术后1、2、3年评分与术前比较差异均无统计学意义。随着随访时间的延长,失效患者逐渐增多,但均未发生任何手术并发症。结论:鼻内镜下聚焦超声治疗AR具有较高的临床安全性,短期疗效显著,但如何提高其远期效果有待进一步研究。Objective： To analyze the efficacy of therapy for allergic rhinitis（AR） with focused ultrasound under endoscopy.Methods： Sixty patients were performed by focused ultrasound therapy.All cases were followed up in outpatient on day 7,1 month,6 months after operation, as well as 1 year,2 years and 3 years afterwards.The efficacy was recorded and analyzed according to the Chinese Lanzhou principle of treatment and recommendation program for allergic rhinitis（2004）. Results： There was statistical significance difference between scores of 7 days,1 month,6 months after operation,but no significant difference since 1 year later.And the total effective rate reduced along with the extension of time.Conclusion： A good short-term curative effect of the focused ultrasound operation under endoscopy treating AR is available,however,its long-term efficacy should be improved.
