摘　　要：提出面向移动智能业务的软件开发人才培养概念,并针对IT业务的特点介绍基于Android平台的软件外包人才培养体系,探讨课程设置和教学实践方法,面向实际软件开发过程进行研究。Puts forward the concept of talent training for the mobile intelligent business software and intro- duces the talents training system of software outsourcing based on the Android platform accord- ing to characteristics of the IT business, disusses the curriculum and teaching practice, studies the actual software development process.
