摘　　要：基于数字地球和数字中国战略 ,分析了我国矿山信息化建设状况 ;基于国际矿山的信息化水平与遥控采矿技术的发展现状 ,结合“十五”期间国家信息化发展战略和规划思路 ,分析了中国矿山面临的机遇和挑战 ,指出了建设数字矿山的必然性和必要性 .结合矿山科技创新与实际需求 ,指出了当前数字矿山建设的 4项任务 ,并从现代企业竞争的角度 ,论述了矿山企业从数字矿山建设中的 4项得益 .Based on the strategies of Digital Earth and Digital China, the present information situation of mines is analyzed in China. Based on the international informatization level of mines and the development of remote control mining technology, and combined with the strategy and plan of national informatization development of China during 2001～2005, the opportunity and challenge mines facing with are analyzed. So the certainty and necessity of the construction of Digital Mine (DM) are pointed out. In consideration of the science and technology innovation and practical demands of mines, four present tasks for DM construction are suggested. And in view of the competition of modern enterprises, the four benefits that mines will obtain from DM construction are also discussed.
