某医院医用X射线诊断建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价某医院建设项目职业病危害放射防护控制效果,为该医院提供相关建议,同时为卫生行政部门提供审批依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查和现场检测,对职业性危害因素进行综合性分析。结果机房防护设计及措施科学合理,周围辐射水平结果合格,2012年个人计量监测工作未开展,4名放射工作人员符合职业健康标准,1名放射工作人员外周血白细胞计数低于4.0×109/L。结论该新建项目是可行的,可正式投入运行;建议进一步完善医院相关放射防护管理制度,添置受检者个人防护用品,并进一步做好放射工作人员职业健康监护及个人剂量监测工作。[Objective]To evaluate the occupational hazards control effect of a hospital construction project on radiation protection,and to put forward advices for the hospital and a approval basis for the health administration.[Methods]adopt the methods of occupation hygiene field survey and spot test to synthetic analyze the factor on occupational hazards.[Methods]Occupational hygiene surveys and on-site detection were adopted to comprehensively analyze the occupational hazards.[Results]The radiologic design and protection measures were scientific and rational.The surrounding radiation level was qualified.Personal dose monitoring had not been carried out in 2012.The occupational health status of 4 radiation workers were accorded with the standards,one worker＇s WBC count of peripheral blood was lower than 4.0×109/L.[Conclusion]The construction project is feasible,can be formally put into operation.It is suggested to improve the hospital radiation protection management system and the personal protection equipment for client,and to further improve the occupational health examination and personal dose monitoring of radiation workers.
