摘 要:目的研究普通人群血清尿酸与Framingham危险评分的相关性及其意义。方法回顾性地分析了2008年1月—2011年6月期间来无锡市第二人民医院进行健康检查的人群。从其检查数据库中提取出Framingham风险评分和血清尿酸,分析在不同年龄的人群中二者的相关性并进行比较。结果男性人群的尿酸以及Framingham评分显著高于女性,随着年龄的增长,尿酸和Framingham评分有逐渐增高的趋势,且二者之间的关系随着年龄的增长而更加密切。结论在普通人群中,血清尿酸水平与Framingham评分呈正相关,这是导致以往的研究中未能观察到血清尿酸水平与冠心病独立关联关系的原因之一。[Objective]To study the correlation between serum uric acid concentration and Framingham risk score(FRS) of the general population and its value.[Methods]The data of health examination of the Second People's Hospital of Wuxi City from January 2008 to June 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.The correlation between serum uric acid concentration and FRS in different age groups was analyzed and compared.[Results]The serum uric acid concentration and FRS in males were significantly higher than those in females.The serum uric acid concentration and FRS gradually increased with increasing age,and the relationship has become more closely.[Conclusion]The serum uric acid concentration has a positive correlation with FRS in the general population,and it is one of reasons that the independent association between serum uric acid concentration and coronary heart disease has not been found in previous studies.
