摘　　要：目的探讨有机磷农药中毒患者血清中C-反应蛋白(CRP)变化的临床意义。方法有机磷农药中毒患者20例,所有病例均于入院后次日早上空腹静脉采血3 ml,用日立7600型全自动生化分析仪胶乳凝集法测定CRP。并与22例门诊健康检查者对照。结果有机磷农药中毒患者血清中CRP水平较健康对照组明显增高(t=2.946,P<0.01);中毒越重,血清中CRP水平越高(t=2.725,P<0.01)。结论有机磷农药中毒患者血清中CRP的测定,对有机磷农药中毒患者的病情判定和疗效观察有重要临床意义。[Objective]To study the clinical significance of change of serum C-reactive protein（CRP） in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.[Methods]3 ml fasting venous blood samples were collected from 20 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in the next morning after admission,and CRP level was determined with latex agglutination by Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer.The results were compared with the data of 22 healthy controls.[Results]The serum CRP level of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning was significantly higher than that of the control group（t=2.946,P0.01）,and the serum CRP level increased with the increasing poisoning degree（t=2.725,P0.01）.[Conclusion]The determination of serum CRP level in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning has important clinical significance on diagnosis and curative effect observation.
