摘 要:目的:建立聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)义齿基托材料中残留甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的高效液相色谱测定方法,并分析它在3种提取液中的溶出特性。方法:提取液经Agilent TC-C18色谱柱分离,用乙腈-水(70+30)溶液洗脱,在波长210 nm处进行检测。结果:MMA浓度为0.05μg/ml~100μg/ml时,MMA的峰面积与浓度之间呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为0.03μg/ml,回收率为99.5%~102%。结论:该方法灵敏度高,准确性好,MMA在52°白酒中的溶出量很大,在生理盐水中的溶出量较小,在水中的溶出量很小(≤0.44 mg/g)。Objective:To develop a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of residual methyl methacrylate (MMA) in PMMA denture base materials, and analyse its dissolving characteristics in the three extract solutions respectively. Methods : Agilent TC - C18 column was used target analytes separation and aeetonitrile- H2O mixture (70 + 30) was used as mobile phase in the separation. MMA was determined at 210 nm. Results: Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of MMA was obtained in the range of 0.05 μg/ml - 100 μg/ml with detection limit of 0.03 ixg/ml. Values of recovery ranged from 99.5% to 102%. Conclusion: The method was sensitive and accurate. The dissolving out amount of MMA was very large in the 52° wine, lesser in the physiological saline and minimum( ≤0.44 mg/g) in the water
