摘  要:目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收法测定酱油中铬的分析方法。方法:样品不经消解,以硝酸镁作基体改进剂,经稀释后直接采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定酱油中铬的含量。结果:选定了最佳测量条件,本方法的灵敏度、精密度均能满足检测工作的需求。本法铬的含量0μg/L~20.0μg/L范围内呈线性关系,线性相关系数大于0.9958,本法检出限为0.51μg/L。相对标准偏差为2.3%~5.1%,加标回收率为94.0%~109.0%。结论:本法简便、快速、灵敏度和精密度高。适用于酱油中铬含量的测定。Objective:To directly determine the chromium in soy sauce by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy. Methods: With Mg( NO3 )2 as matrix modifier, the sample was diluted for determination of chromium in soy sauce by GFAAS without digestion. Results: The sensitivity and precision of the method can both meet the test requirement. Chromium showed linearity in the range of 0 μg/L - 20.0 μg/L with correlation coefficient over 0. 9958. The detection limit of the method was 0.51 μg/L, the RSDs were between 2.3% -5,1% , the recoveries were 94.0% -109.0%. Condusion: This method is easy, rapid, high sensitive and preeisive, thus it is suitable for the determination of chromium in soy sauce.
