摘 要:目的:建立固相小柱萃取-高效液相色谱仪快速测定罐装饮品中双酚A的方法。方法:样品经脱气处理、固相小柱萃取,甲醇洗脱,XBridge C18色谱柱分离,紫外检测器检测。以甲醇+水(体积比为7∶3)为流动相,检测波长为230 nm。结果:方法线性范围为2.0μg/ml~60μg/ml,方法检出限为5.0μg/kg,加标回收率在88.0%~98.5%之间,RSD在3.1%~6.7%范围内。结论:该方法样品前处理简便、快速、有机溶剂用量少,适用于各种罐头饮品中所含双酚A的快速检测。Objective:To establish a method for determining bisphenol A (BPA) in canned drinks by high performance liquid chromatography - ultraviolet detection after solid - phase extraction. Methods : After the specimens were degassed, the target compound was extracted by solid phase extraction colummn and eluted with methanol, and then separated by XBridge C18 column. The mobile - phase was methanol - water in the ratio of 7:3 (V/V) and the detection wavelength was 230nm. Results: The linear relationship was in a range of 2.0 μg/ml .- 60 μg/ml. The limit of detection for BPA was 5.0 μg/kg. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 3.1% -6.7%, and the recoveries were 88.0% -98.5%. Conclusion: The method has advantages of simplicity, high sensitivity and less amount of organic solvents, and could be widely used for analyzing the bisphenol A in canned drink samples.
