摘 要:目的:探讨红细胞免疫相关表面分子CD35、CD44与疟疾感染的相关性。方法:运用流式细胞术对桂西地区少数民族人群588例(年龄20岁~75岁,平均年龄43.2岁)曾经感染或者正在感染疟疾的患者和560例(年龄20岁~72岁,平均年龄44.8岁)健康成年人的红细胞表面分子CD35、CD44表达水平进行检测,探讨疟疾感染与红细胞免疫功能关系。结果:疟疾易感者和健康对照者红细胞CD35、CD44平均荧光强度比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.001),疟疾易感者红细胞CD35、CD44分子的平均荧光强度均明显低于健康对照者。结论:红细胞表面分子CD35、CD44与疟疾感染有着较为密切的联系,为疟疾感染的诊断和治疗提供了新思路,其具体作用机制有待进一步研究。Objective:To explore the association between the surface molecules of red blood cells such as CD35 and CD44 and malaria - infected minority people of Guixi area. Methods : The red blood cell CD35 and CD44 mole- cule were analysed with flow cytometry technique for 588 malaria - infected minority people ( aged 20 - 75, mean 43. 2yrs) and 560 healthy controls (20 -72, mean 44.8yrs) from Guixi area, then the mean fluorescent intensity (MFI) of CD35 and CD44 were analysed between the two groups. Results: The analysis of the red blood cell CD35 and CD44 molecule showed that the mean fluorescent intensity (MFI) of CD35 and CDd4 in healthy controls is significantly higher than that of malaria - infected group. Conclusion: The red blood cell CD35and CD44 molecule might involve in malaria infection, whose mechanism needs further studies.
