痰涂片镜检与培养半定量结果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察痰涂片细菌学检查在痰培养分级报告中的作用。方法:对2011年7月-2012年3月住院患者送检的痰标本培养前做革兰染色涂片,并与培养结果进行比较分析。结果:在243例痰培养阳性标本中,镜检阳性率为73.7%,对痰培养为中量和多量的阳性标本,镜检阳性率达80.2%,镜检与培养总体符合率达83.7%。结论:痰涂片细菌学检查与痰培养有较好的一致性,能较好的预测培养结果,在痰培养分级报告中具有较大意义,能为临床尽早提供细菌学方面的依据。Objective：To observe the effect of sputum bacteriological examination in sputum culture classification report. Methods： The sputum specimens were collected from inpatients during July, 2011 and March, 2012 for gram - stain smear, then the results were analyzed and compared with the sputum culture results. Results ： In 243 cases of sputum culture positive specimens, the positive rate Of microscopic examination was 73.7%, while for spu- tum culture specimens in middle amount and large amount, that was 80.2%, the overall coincidence rate of the two was 83.7%. Conclusion： The sputum smear bacteriology examination had better consistency with sputum culture,it can also better predict culture results, have significance in sputum culture grading report, and provide bacteriological evidence in clinic.
