摘  要:目的:比较细胞芯片法与流式细胞法测定淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+,CD4+和CD8+)计数的准确度。方法:分别采用细胞芯片法和流式细胞法,对各种人群样品的淋巴细胞亚群进行计数。结果:细胞芯片法和流式细胞法所测定的CD3+、CD4+和CD8+数值,两种方法之间的相关性良好,相关系数r分别为0.98,0.93和0.95,平均误差:CD3+T细胞为-16个细胞/μl(P<0.001),CD4+T细胞为-8个细胞/μl(P<0.001),CD8+T细胞-10个细胞/μl(P<0.001)。结论:细胞芯片法可准确计数人类血液中的CD3+、CD4+和CD8+淋巴细胞,设备简单,价格低廉,操作简单快速,适用于基层医院。Objective: To compare the count accuracies of lymphocyte subpopulations ( CD3^+' CD4^+ and CD8^+ ) detection with cell chip and flow cytometry. Methods: The methods of cell chip and flow cytometry were respectively used to count the lymphocyte subpopulations of various population samples. Results: There was a good correlation between the CD3^+ , CD4^+ and CD8 ^+ values determined with cell chip and flow cytometry, the correlation coefficient r =0.98,0.93 and 0.95, with an average error: CD3^+ T cells to - 16 cells/μl ( P 〈 0. 001 ), CD4^+ T cells -8 cells/μl (P 〈0.001), and CD8^+ T cells - 10 cells/μl (P 〈0.001). Conclusion: Cell chip can accurately count the human blood CD3^+ CD4^+ and CD8 ^+ lymphocytes, the device is simple, inexpensive, easy to operate and fast, suitable for primary hospital.
