摘　　要：分析了KY 2 50A牙轮钻机加压电磁调速系统存在的主要问题 ,介绍了S7 2 0 0系列可编程序控制器在牙轮钻机加压变频调速系统中的应用 ,阐述了系统的特点与 3段控制规律 ,给出了系统框图及程序流程图。This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the electromagnetic regulating speed system for the pressurization mechanism of Model KY 250A rotary drill,introduces the application of S7 200 Series PLC in the variable frequency regulating speed system for the presurization of rotary drill,expounds on the features of the system and the law of three step control and gives out the block diagram and program flowchart of the system.
