胎儿颜面部三维超声的成像研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三维超声在胎儿面部成像中的应用价值。方法采用GE-Voluson 730三维超声诊断仪对我院门诊及住院孕16～39周的高危孕妇75例进行检查,该系统可完成常规二维超声检查及三维超声成像。结果 66例胎儿面部正常,孕16～24周胎儿面部图像质量因为消瘦稍差,孕25～39周胎儿面部结构显示较清楚,8例胎儿唇裂均经三维超声检查,其中3例唇腭裂,5例唇裂。结论三维超声提供了直观立体的胎儿面部图像,对二维图像具有重要的补充作用。Objective ： To investigate the application of three - dimensional ultrasound in fetal imaging. Methods ： Seventy - five women of high risk in 16 - 39 week gestation were detected by GE voluson 730 which can provide conventional two - dimensional and three - dimensional ultrasound images. Results ： Sixty - six fetuses had normal faces ; The fetal faces were very poor quality with thin images during the gestation period of 16 - 24 weeks; The facital anatomic structure was more and more clearer during the gestation period of 25 - 39 weeks ; 8 cases of fetal cleft lip were examined by three - dimensional ultrasound examination, including 3 cases of cleft lip and palate cleft lip 5 cases. Conclusions ： Three - dimensional ultrasound suppliment the two - dimensional image with audio - visual and stereo -type picture for the fetal face.
