摘 要:目的对辅助生殖门诊患者泌尿生殖道支原体感染情况及耐药性进行分析,为临床上制定合理的用药方案提供依据。方法以145例辅助生殖门诊泌尿生殖道感染患者为研究对象,其中男60例,女85例,所有患者均进行了支原体培养及耐药性检测。结果辅助生殖门诊145例患者中支原体感染的有95例,感染率达到65.52%,95例支原体感染的患者中有70例为单纯UU感染,感染率达48.28%,12例为单纯MH感染,感染率达到8.28%,13例为UU和MH混合性感染,感染率达8.97%。95例支原体感染的患者中其中男性30例,感染率为50%,女性65例,感染率76.47%,明显高于男性,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。70例支原体感染患者中,对于罗红霉素、甲砜霉素耐药性相对较强,12例单纯MH感染的患者中,阿奇霉素、罗红霉素和环丙沙星耐药性相对较强,而13例UU+MH感染的患者中,阿奇霉素、罗红霉素及甲砜霉素耐药性相对较强。三种类型的支原体感染对抗菌药物的耐药性各不相同,而三种类型支原体感染均对强力霉素、美满霉素及交沙霉素耐药性均较低。结论支原体感染率越来越高,耐药菌株也不断升高,临床治疗应根据患者药物敏感性合理用药。Objective: To analyze patients of assisted reproductive clinic genitor-urinary mycoplasma's infection and resistant in order to formulate rational drug scheme. Methods : The research object was 145 cases of genitourinary tract infection patients of assisted reproductive clinic. All the patients belonged 60 cases of the male and 85 cases of female. All the patients were detected by the myco- plasma culture and drug resistance test. Results: 95 cases of mycoplasma infection in 145 cases. The infection rate reached to 65.52%. 70 cases of simple UU infection in 95 cases of mycoplasma infection. The infection rate was 48. 28%. 12 cases of simple MH infection in 95 cases of mycoplasma infection, the infection rate reached to 8. 28%, 13 cases of UU and MH mixed infection and the infection rate was 8.97%. The mycoplasma infection rate in male female for 76.47% was obviously higher than 50% for male. The difference was statistical significance (P 〈0. 05 ). Resistance of luo erythromycin, thiamphenicol was relatively strong for 70 cases of mycoplasma infection patients, resistance of azithromycin, luo erythromycin and ciprofloxacin was relatively strong in 12 cases of simple MH infection patients, and resistance of azithromycin, luo erythromycin and thiamphenicol was relatively strong in 13 cases of UU and MH infection patients. Three types of mycoplasma infection the antimicrobial resistance each are not identical, and the resistance were lower of three types of mycoplasma infection for doxycycline, happy amphotericin and josamycin. Conclusion: mycoplasma infection rates become more and more drug - resistant strain is also rising. Clinical treatment should be according to drug sensitivity and use rationally.
