加味苓桂术甘汤联合短期禁食治疗单纯性肥胖患者的安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药加味苓桂术汤联合短期禁食对单纯性肥胖患者生理生化指标的影响,评价该疗法对人体的安全性及健康维护优势,探讨人类合适的禁食时长。方法:将78例单纯性肥胖患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(38例),治疗组以加味苓桂术甘汤联合短期禁食治疗,对照组以单纯短期禁食治疗,疗程为1周。观察禁食前后体重、腰围、体重指数(BMI)、临床症状及生理生化指标的改变。结果:两组患者治疗后体重、腰围、BMI较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05);两组治疗后总胆固醇、总胆红素、直接胆红素、血尿酸上升,甘油三酯下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组不良反应发生率较低,其中乏力、腹胀、失眠、口淡、饥饿感发生率与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组患者生理生化指标大致保持在正常范围之内。结论:中药联合短期禁食可以明显降低单纯性肥胖患者体重、腰围、甘油三酯,5天的短期禁食对人体具有良好的安全性和可行性。Objective: To observe the effects of jiawei linggui zhugan decoction combined with short-term fasting on physiological and biochemical indexes in simple obesity patients,to evaluate the safety and health maintenance advantages of this therapy on human body,to explore suitable time of fasting length on human body. Methods: 78 obese patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine-linggui zhugan decoction modified combined with short-term fasting.,the control group was only given fasting therapy,the course of treatment lasted 1 week,changes of body weight,waist circumference,BMI and physiological and biochemical indexes were observed before and after treatment. Results: Body weight,waist circumference and BMI were significantly decreased after treatment in the two groups (P<0.05),total cholesterol,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin and serum uric acid increased and triglyceride decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01),the incidence of adverse reaction in treatment group was lower significantly,there was significant difference in the incidence of acratia,abdominal distension,insomnia,tasteless and sense of hunger compared with control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The physiological and biochemical indexes remained normal in the two groups. Conclusion: Jiawei linggui zhugan decoction combined with short-term fasting can significantly reduce body weight,waist circumference and triglycerides in obese patients. The therapy of five-day short-term fasting is safe and feasible for human body.
