摘  要:针对近几年来钢桁梁桥的设计特点,介绍普遍采用的整体节点钢桁梁桥杆件的制作工艺,对国内具有代表性的几座大型钢桁梁桥整体节点杆件的结构设计细节进行对比分析,结合制作标准,对杆件长度偏差与两端孔群孔距偏差标准出现的矛盾、插入式杆件由于精度要求极高而难以控制的问题、整体节点构件与桥支座公差难以配合等普遍出现的问题进行有效的分析,对设计与工厂制作如何紧密衔接的问题提出了建议。According to design features of steel truss girder bridge in recent years, the universal manufacturing process of overall node for steel truss girder bridge was introduced. Design structure details of overall node for a few representative steel truss girder bridge were analysed. With the manufacturing standard, many universal problems were solved, which include the contradiction of rod length deviation and hole distance deviation. The questions that inserted rod are not controlled easily because of very high accuracy requirements, overall node components are matched difficultly with tolerance of bridge support were analyzed. Some opinions how to connect closely with design and factory manufacture are suggested.
