摘　　要：钢结构焊接缺陷的产生过程十分复杂,缺陷对焊接结构承载力有非常显著的影响。结合勒泰中心工程介绍焊接缺陷产生的原因、类型、对施工质量的影响,采取的预防措施主要有:更改接头形式、将焊缝坡口角度及焊接间隙提前加工、控制焊前预热温度、制定焊接工艺等,确保施工质量。The welding defects of steel structure is very complicated, it has great influence on bearing capacity of welding structure. The causes of welding defects, type, effects on construction quality were introduced combining with Letai center project. Preventive measures have been taken, which deal with changing form of joint, processing weld groove angle and welding gap in advance, controlling the preheating temperature before welding and making welding technology.
