摘　　要：为了更深入地利用DHI报告指导规模化牧场生产管理,本研究对某牧场近7个月DHI报告中的脂蛋比、体细胞数、高峰奶、产奶高峰日和尿素氮等相关指标进行动态对比分析,深入揭示DHI报告反映出的营养、繁育和保健等方面存在的问题,提供分析方案和解决措施,为规模化牛场减少潜在损失和增加经济效益提供指导。To further direct production and management of the scale dairy farm by using the DHI test reports, some indices such as ratio of fat to protein, somatic cell count, peak date, peak milk yield and urea nitrogen have been dynamic compared and analysed, which revealed some problems in nutrition, breeding and health care. Analysis projects and constructive measures have been performed, which can provide the reference and guidance to reduce the potential losses and realize economic benefits.
