摘  要:TAC膜因其固有的光学特性、物理特性等使其应用领域扩展到电子和民用领域,特别是在LCD(薄膜晶体管)行业,其作为LCD用偏光片支持体是无可替代的。棉胶溶液制备是片基生产的重要组成部分,TAC膜的质量及性能直接受到棉胶质量的影响,本文详细分析了的原材料选用、棉胶溶液溶解工艺等对棉胶质量的影响,并提出了相应的改进措施。Because of inherent optical and physical properties of the TAC film, its application has been extended to the fields of electronic and civilian areas, especially in the LCD ( thin film transistor ) industry, being used as the irreplaceable support of LCD polarizing film. Dope making is an important part in the production of photographic film, TAC film quality and perform ance is directly affected by dope quality. The effects of raw materials selection and Dope making process on the quality of the drop were analyzed, and some suggestions were proposed.
