宁德市畲族人群肺结核流行特征及疫情分析

摘　　要：目的了解宁德市畲族人群结核病流行特征,为制定防控策略提供依据。方法用结核病管理信息系统数据对畲族人群进行肺结核病疫情分析,随机选取4个畲族乡做现场流行病学调查。结果畲族人群活动性肺结核登记率(88.55/10万)高于汉族(65.32/10万),畲族乡人群(80.23/10万)高于非畲族乡人群(65.49/10万);男性高于女性(2.5∶1),呈年轻化趋势;职业以务农为主;活动性肺结核病人检出率为1.04%(19/1 827),其中有2例为家族内传染。结论畲族人群肺结核病疫情严重,有明显区域性,应加强卫生机构建设,开展健康教育与促进,促进防治工作可持续发展。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis（TB） for TB control and prevention in She nationality people in Ningde city.Methods TB epidemic data from TB management information system were analyzed,and the people of 4 She nationality towns were investigated randomly.Results The prevalence rate of active TB（88.55/10^5） was higher than that of Han（65.32/10^5）.And the prevalence rates of She nationality towns（80.23/10^5） were higher than those of the others（65.49/10^5）,and male prevalence was higher than that of female and show younger tendency.The main occupation of the cases was farmer.The detection rate of active TB was 1.04%（19/1 827） and two of them were infected in the same family.Conclusion The TB epidemiological situation of She nationality is serious and shows regional characteristics.The construction of health institutions should be strengthened and health education and promotion should be developed for sustainable TB control and prevention in She nationality people.
