摘　　要：脱腊浇铸在琉璃艺术行业、坩埚浇注在光学玻璃领域都得到了广泛的应用，且已有较为成熟的工艺技术和工装设备。电熔炉技术的发展，为人们获得高品质水晶、琉璃等装饰性材料提供了可能。同时，也为高温浇注工艺在建筑装饰玻璃中的应用迎来新的发展契机。本文以电熔日池窑为载体，详细介绍浇注工装设计的相关要素。Dewaxing pouring and crucible pouring, which have the mature process and tooling equipment, have been widely applied in crystal art and optical glass fields respectively. The development of electric melting furnace technology has provided a foundation for obtaining high quality decorative materials like crystal, glass. Meanwhile, it brings a new devel- opment opportunity for high temperature pouring technology in architectural decoration glass. This paper describes the related key points of pouring tooling design taking small scale electric melting furnace as the carrier.
