摘　　要：采购管理是工程项目的重要的组成部分，是工程项目建设的物质基础。采购工作的重要环节是采买，催交，检验，运输。将合同中规定由制造商生产的设备运到指定地点，保证工程项目顺利进行。Procurement management is a part of project and the material foundation of project construction. The key links of procurement work include procuring, expediting, inspecting and delivering. The purpose is to deliver the supplies＇ equipment to the destination based on the clauses of contract, so as to guarantee the smooth proceeding of project.
