摘　　要：针对6BT5.9康明斯柴油机的冒黑烟故障,阐述了柴油机冒黑烟的机理,分析了故障原因。按照"由表至里,从简到繁"的诊断原则,排查出喷油器喷油压力过低导致排气冒黑烟。最后给出了减少柴油机冒黑烟故障的几点建议。Based on the ＂black smoke＂ fault of 6BTS. 9 C fault was described, and the reasons were analyzed. According ummins diesel, to the diagnosis the mechanism of ＂black smoke＂ principles --＂ from surface to in- side, and from simple to complex＂, it was found that the low injection pressure of fuel injector was the reason of ＂black smoke＂ fault. At last, several suggestions were given to reduce the ＂black smoke＂ fault.
